These Analyzers automatically prime, clean, and calibrate critical components without operator intervention. These rugged analyzers include a controlled reagent dispersion system that decreases sample size, reduces reagent consumption, and minimizes waste disposal. Reagent performance is verified during the calibration process. The system consumes less than 1 L per month per reagent, and reagents can be replaced without interrupting operation.
The system auto-calibrates, cleans, primes and displays alarms on the front panel. A menu-driven interface allows you to set the frequency of these functions.
The grab sample capability of the APA 6000 allows a quick analysis of samples taken from alternative sample streams. It also allows analysis of a known standard as a quality assurance check. The grab sample history menu enables you to view the date, time and results of the last eight grab samples taken.
The strong, lightweight ABS case protects the instrument and resists corrosion. The enclosure is rated NEMA 4X (indoor)/IP66 and has a provision for air purge.
