Hach strives to prioritize our customers in everything we do. As a registered customer, you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:
Go to the Hach website and select "Sign In" in the top bar. From there, please click on the orange button named "Create an Account" and follow the instructions. Once you are registered, you can view and track orders, adjust recurring orders, save your favorite items, convert quotes to online orders and visit your Hach Support portal.
Login with your account information, go to "MyAccount/Profile" and click on "Change Password".
For password reset, go to "Sign In" and then select "Forgot my password." Enter your username for a link to be emailed to you. If you cannot remember your username, please contact Customer Support.
Click on "Manage My Communication Preferences" at the bottom of the page to unsubscribe/update settings or sign up for marketing material.
Chat Customer Service or call 800-227-4224 and Hach can provide you with a temporary password.

All orders placed in the U.S. are subject to sales tax. Hach charges sales tax according to the ship-to location.
To remove the sales tax from your order, do the following:
The web reference number can be found in the “Information About Your Order” section of your Order Confirmation. This number starts with an “O” and has 6 numbers. It can also be found in the “My Activity/My Account/Orders” section of your account after logging in.
Login with your account information, go to "My Activity" and click "Orders". You can also download this as a CSV file.
Please go to Order Status in the top bar and login with your account information. Orders from the past two months are shown. Or you can use the search function. The search function has no time restriction. You will find your tracking number no matter if the order was placed on the web or via phone/mail. Please note that not all carriers are providing tracking numbers. If you cannot find the tracking number please contact your Customer Service team at support@hach.com.
Pick & Ship is a recurring order program for supplies you need on a regular basis, like reagents and maintenance kits. There are no commitments or fees. To get started, select the supplies you need on a recurring basis and add those products to your cart. Select “Shipment Frequency” and choose your desired timing for recurring shipments. Proceed to “Checkout” to complete your Pick & Ship order. The supplies you selected will be shipped to you at your desired frequency.
You are in control of your Pick & Ship account. Add or remove products, skip an upcoming shipment, modify the frequency and/or cancel your order under your “My Account.” Select “Recurring Orders” and view or make changes to your upcoming Pick & Ship orders. You will receive an eMail confirmation before each shipment with a deadline to make modifications to your upcoming order.
You are billed with each shipment. Hach does not manage purchase order dates and amounts. Please be sure your PO can accommodate upcoming recurring orders or change as needed. The price of an item may change from delivery to delivery. Product pricing is reflective of the current price at the time of order processing. The price of each item will be displayed in your order review eMail before each shipment.

The initial Pick & Ship order cannot have a delayed start date. The first order will ship with current lead times after it is placed on the website.

Please click on Certificate of Analysis in the footer and enter the Hach product number and the specific lot number of the product requiring a CoA. You can then download the CoA as a PDF file. If you are still unable to obtain the CoA you need, please email COASupport@hach.com with your request.

Hach only collects data needed to conduct business with our customers and we do not gather any additional information than needed.
